Manager, Procurement Product Activation

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Procurement Product Activation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead a team focused on activating procurement workflows and ensuring smooth implementation from onboarding through independent execution. You will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and engineering to define scalable standards, improve operational consistency, and translate real-world implementation patterns into actionable product and process feedback. The position will also help shape strategic planning for procurement activation and remove systemic blockers that affect customer and team success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Procurement Activation Specialists from onboarding to independence
• Create and maintain a Procurement Activation playbook for consistent execution
• Transform implementation patterns into actionable product feedback for engineering teams
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to establish procurement deal standards
• Proactively identify and resolve systemic implementation blockers
• Represent procurement activation in strategic planning discussions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in procurement and P2P workflows
• Proven track record of developing and mentoring team members
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience creating scalable operational processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with various stakeholders
