Manager – Product Delivery Management

• New product/ packaging development/ implementation

  • Support Product Implementation to Lead all new products end to end implementation process within timeline and budget as well as having smooth process with problem solving.
  • Initiate a project timeline to communicate to all related parties and follow up all actions/ delivery items with related parties to make sure that the project can deliver as promise.
  • Facilitate the product executive committee meeting and manage to follow up the action taken from responsible parties according to the minutes of meeting.

• Product Governance Management

  • Facilitate Product Implementation & Communication Committee (PICC) with presentation development as well as follow up items tracking.
  • Prepare information to Support Implementation & Communication Presentation in Local Product Management Committee (LPMC)
  • Prepare Implementation Readiness for LPMC approval in order to proceed new product launch.
  • Prepare information to Support Implementation & Communication Presentation in Local Product Management Committee (LBDU Committee)

• Project Management & Support other Product Project

  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  • stablishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

• Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Analysis for key information to identify key improvement are of product / process implementation and identify key action plan for execution. Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in related

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, product implementation, product development, or a related function

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Specializes in the product management and implementation

• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Strong communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills

• Experience in preparing management reports, project updates, and executive presentations.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Knowledge of product governance, product launch processes, and implementation frameworks is an advantage.

• Good command of English

• Strong background and experience in actuarial and regulatory compliance filings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
