Manager, Product Design

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Product Design to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will guide product design across a multi-domain portfolio, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience. The manager will champion design thinking and innovation, shape experiences that blend digital commerce with mobile-first usability, and help integrate AI-enabled capabilities into the design process. Success in this position will depend on strong cross-functional partnership with engineering and marketing, along with the ability to mentor a team and elevate design quality from concept through prototyping.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,470 – $198,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead design across a multi-domain portfolio, ensuring a cohesive client experience
• Champion design thinking and innovation through problem-solving sessions
• Integrate AI adoption into design to enhance client experiences
• Mentor the design team to maintain high standards from sketching to prototyping
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering and marketing teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX design, with a focus on e-commerce and mobile apps
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Experience delivering AI and machine learning product experiences
• Proven ability to utilize generative AI and emerging technology in design
• Exceptional communication and inspirational skills
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
