Manager - Product Development and Management

About the role

Manage accessories product portfolio and related product management activities. Lead end-to-end planning, integration, and coordination of new products, including product definition, project planning and monitoring, go-to-market execution, and product lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accessories product portfolio and related product management activities
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Lead end-to-end planning, integration, and coordination of new products, including product definition, project planning and monitoring, go-to-market execution, and product lifecycle management
• Stay up to date with industry and technology trends related to accessories, particularly in the areas of power supplies, chargers, and power banks
• Demonstrate strong coordination and integration capabilities to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Collaborate with third-party e-commerce platforms to support successful product launches and business growth

About you

• Solid understanding of the 3C industry with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle; experience launching successful products for well-known brands is highly preferred
• Ability to independently plan, integrate, and execute product strategies and solutions
• Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms and a strong passion for online business
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong multitasking abilities, strategic problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work or attend meetings outside regular business hours
