Manager, Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on shaping and commercializing security solutions that support market growth, product adoption, and revenue performance. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring new offerings to market, refine the customer experience, and translate client feedback into product improvements. The position also includes representing the organization in industry forums and using performance data to identify opportunities for stronger product usage and monetization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $221,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization and go-to-market execution for security solutions products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product sales and usage
• Drive the rollout of new products focused on various market segments
• Engage with customers to gather feedback for product improvement
• Represent the organization in industry associations and forums to inform product strategy
• Monitor product usage KPIs to optimize performance
• Identify revenue enhancement opportunities through collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, specifically in the security solutions domain
• Strong project management skills managing multiple priorities
• Proven customer-facing experience with a focus on engagement and understanding client pain points
• Experience executing go-to-market strategies and optimizing revenue
• Robust analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, effectively articulating problems and opportunities
