Manage production planning and on-time delivery.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
Support ERP activities and production documentation.
Participate in audits, validations and compliance activities.
Coordinate with planning, supply chain and maintenance teams.
Monitor productivity, yield and rejection trends.
Drive CAPA, customer complaint resolution and quality improvements.
Support new product introduction and process improvements.
Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Graduation in Engineering or Bachelor of Science.
810 years of experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
