Manager Production

About the role

As the Production Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the company's manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes to meet the company's strategic objectives.

Qualification :

1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in plastic manufacturing)
3. Understanding of the basic principles of injection molding, blow molding, and assembly machines
4. Proficiency in production planning, material management, and cost control techniques
5. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or equivalent standards
6. Able to use ERP/MRP software and production support applications
7. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement concepts

Job Description :

1. Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities in the injection molding, blow molding, and assembly areas.
2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in accordance with company targets.
3. Ensure that production processes run according to established quality, quantity, and time standards.
4. Oversee the use of machinery, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
5. Implementing quality control systems at every stage of production
6. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and non-technical issues on the production line
7. Developing and training the production team to improve skills and productivity
8. Maintaining compliance with occupational safety (K3) and environmental policies
9. Coordinating with other departments such as R&D, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain
10. Prepare production reports, efficiency analyses, and recommendations for continuous improvement
11. Willing to work with high targets and in a dynamic work environment
