Job Description: Manager Production

We are looking for an experienced Production professional with 10-15 years of experience in Tapes, Adhesives, or Coating manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production activities and optimize Man, Machine, Method & Material utilization.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, timely order execution, and inventory control .
• Lead the production team and drive KPI achievement and team development.
• Monitor yields, productivity, quality, and operating expenses.
• Drive Kaizen and low-cost automation initiatives for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with R&D for new product development and process improvement.
• Handle internal and external audits and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
• Develop team skills and build a high-performance production team.
• Coordinate with Planning and Sales teams for plan vs. actual dispatches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering .
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Tapes, Adhesives, or Coating production.
• SAP experience and knowledge of working in an SAP environment will be an added advantage.
