Manager, Professional Services Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Professional Services Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients for successful project delivery
• Provide consultative advice and solutions to clients based on best practices
• Lead data-driven analysis of business results for informed decision-making
• Utilize key performance indicators for effective project management
• Support Sales with project estimates and customer inquiries as needed
• Manage and coach the team while fostering a positive culture
• Oversee implementation of best practices in methodology and models

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 7+ years in project implementation, healthcare consulting, project management, or customer-facing roles
• Experience with all phases of client software implementation lifecycle
• the company Certification in EHR, EPM, or other relevant product certifications within 6 months of hire
• Strong understanding of professional services landscape and healthcare industry regulations
