Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, providing ongoing performance feedback, mentoring, and career development.
• Manage team priorities, workloads, and project timelines to ensure operational goals are met efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee program administration, tracking, forecasting, reporting, and process execution activities.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, engineering, and customer-facing teams to support business objectives and customer projects.
• Review and validate financial analyses, project economics, ROI calculations, and business reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational success.
• Analyze business metrics and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Must Have/Required:

• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, employee development, performance reviews, and team leadership.
• Strong background in business operations, program management, project management, analytics, or a related operational function.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience reviewing reports, KPIs, ROI analyses, financial models, or business cases.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience within energy, utilities, rebates, incentives, sustainability, or similar industries is a plus but not required.
