Manager, Project

What You Will Do

• Lead project team to development product family to meet marketing requirement Strive to achieve or exceed objectives set for Research and Development Department
• Plan product family project schedule and deployed task to team member. Create & maintain clearly defined roles, deliverables & timelines for project team members
• Coordinate team activity and resources to achieve milestone on schedule( TTM & TTV)
• Review project process and provide updated status report to management
• Overall management of assign product family projects. Responsible for successful execution of a project by working the project scope, budget, delivery, enterprise timing, and risk management to support company revenue/profit rise target

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• At least 5 years working experience. Especially project management is must.
• Familiar with project development tools, such as Project 2K, Office, CAD etc.
• Significant experience in communication skill to coordinate different department task.
• Familiar with project development procedure & product family-platform design.
• Good Finance costing/Time control capability
• Written and oral English capability
