Manager, Project Delivery

Job Summary

The Project Manager – Delivery is responsible for the structured planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of ICT & ISP solution projects across the Enterprise Business Unit portfolio. Working under the direction of the Senior Manager, Delivery PMO, this role ensures that projects spanning Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Data Center services, Managed Services, Connectivity ISP, Cybersecurity, and Digital Business Solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to agreed quality standards. The Delivery Project Manager acts as the key liaison between customers, internal technical teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned ICT & ISP projects across Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Business solution, connectivity, and managed services domains, ensuring full alignment to customer objectives, agreed scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, risk registers, issue logs, and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, conducting regular status meetings, managing expectations, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
• Coordinate and direct internal technical teams, third-party vendors, and OEM partners, managing interdependencies and ensuring all workstreams progress in line with the agreed delivery schedule.
• Collaborate with Presales, Product and Solution teams during the pre-sales and solution design phase to validate delivery approaches, effort estimates, resource requirements, and project timelines.
• Ensure smooth and complete project handover to Managed Services or Support teams upon project closure, including delivery of all documentation, customer training coordination, and formal acceptance sign-off.
• Capture and contribute lessons learned and best practices to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and standards within the PMO framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or Telecom; or equivalent
• 4–6 years of hands-on project management experience in delivery, preferably within a System Integrator, Managed Service Provider, or technology services environment. With 3+ years in a managerial or lead capacity within a System Integrator environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multi-vendor, multi-technology ICT and/or ISP projects.
• Solid working knowledge of ICT and ISP solutions including Cloud platforms, IT Infrastructure, Data Center services, Cybersecurity solutions, connectivity and Digital Business applications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Strong customer management and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor deliverables and SLAs, and resolve escalations effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Khmer language skills are required for the Cambodia market.
