Manager-Project Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Project Development to join TRINITY GROUP SDN BHD in a full-time capacity. Based in Bandar Kinrara, Selangor, this role is pivotal in driving the strategic development and delivery of our construction projects from conception through to completion. As Manager of Project Development, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating project feasibility, and overseeing the initiation and planning phases of our portfolio. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, whilst aligning with our corporate strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new projects and evaluate feasibility with financial analysis.
• Develop proposals and strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead project planning including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate stakeholders across management, finance, operations, and technical teams.
• Manage pre‑construction activities, approvals, and procurement.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and authorities during development.
• Monitor progress, risks, and KPIs with regular reporting.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project development, project management, or construction in high-rise project development (Property Developer)

• At least 4 yearsas a Project Manager/ managerial role in high rise project development.

• Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to execution.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.

• Leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects and motivate teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
