Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project implementation from pre-construction to project completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Manage project and site meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Review variation orders, progress claims, and project costs.
• Prepare project updates and reports for senior management.
• Support project handover, vacant possession, and defect management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8-15 years' experience in property development or construction, including at least 3 years in a managerial or project leadership role.

• Proven experience managing high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-development projects from planning to completion.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and Malaysian statutory requirements.

• Proficiency in project management and design software, including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

• Professional certifications such as BEM, CIDB, or PMP will be an added advantage.
