What they need
Develop, Document & maintain Project Activity Schedule
> Review and approve Concept & Design submissions for structural, civil, bldg. envelope, MEP & HVAC using in-house & external expertise.
> Review & finalise on BOQ & Cost Estimate submissions.
> Review & finalise Tender & Cntrct Dcmnts and Invite Bids & Quotes from short listed Vendors
> Evaluate tenders, examine bids/ quotes, negotiate & finalise vendors.
> Manage procurement of project related material, equipment and services ensuring timely availability & cost effectiveness.
> Verifies Quantity & Rates billed by Vendors for further processing.
> Assist in preparation of MIS reports to mgmt.
> Maint of all E&P related dcmntn incldng drawings, contracts & critical paper work.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
