Manager - Projects

Quattro Project Engineering has over 10 years of experience delivering engineering and construction solutions to the resources and civil sectors. Quattro manages projects from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring reliable outcomes through disciplined engineering.

We are seeking an experienced Manager for our projects department to lead our Projects Business Division, overseeing project delivery, performance and workforce capability. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, strengthening project governance and supporting business growth. You will:

• Lead business planning, resourcing and performance across the Projects Division;
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to Project Managers and delivery teams;
• Oversee project safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk and commercial performance; and
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, systems and workforce capability.

To be successful in this role you will come with:

• Experience leading project portfolios or delivery teams within an EPC, mining or industrial environment;
• A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, business or a related discipline;
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of EPC project delivery, controls and financial reporting; and
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental requirements.

A postgraduate management qualification or equivalent leadership development will be highly regarded.
