The Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager for our projects department to lead our Projects Business Division, overseeing project delivery, performance and workforce capability. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, strengthening project governance and supporting business growth. You will:
- Lead business planning, resourcing and performance across the Projects Division;
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to Project Managers and delivery teams;
- Oversee project safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk and commercial performance; and
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, systems and workforce capability.

About you
To be successful in this role you will come with:
- Experience leading project portfolios or delivery teams within an EPC, mining or industrial environment;
- A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, business or a related discipline;
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of EPC project delivery, controls and financial reporting; and
- Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental requirements.
