Manager Projects Regulatory (EPC)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all regulatory approvals and statutory requirements for Solar Rooftop projects.
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, government authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
• Handle applications and approvals related to net metering and grid connectivity.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents and applications.
• Track the status of approvals and follow up with relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with changes in solar policies, regulations, subsidies, and government schemes.
• Coordinate with customers and internal project teams regarding regulatory requirements.
• Bidding, Tendering
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all approvals and permissions.
• Identify potential regulatory issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the project team to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular status reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Solar Rooftop regulatory approvals, EPC projects, or coordination with DISCOMs will be preferred.
• Good understanding of net metering, grid connectivity, and applicable solar regulations.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
