Manager, Property and Land (11-month contract)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the team in preparing, processing, managing, and vetting all applications for subsidized housing projects
• Provide advisory services and guide the team in screening applicants regarding eligibility matters, as well as provide operational support
• Carry out screening procedures and respond to enquiries related to eligibility
• Supervise the team in taking and receiving statutory declarations from qualified applicants prior to flat selection
• Manage after-sales services related to subsidized housing projects
• Undertake other duties as may be assigned by supervisors from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying, Property Management, Housing Management, Business or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in leasing, promotion and facility management of mixed-use developments, especially preservation and innovative projects with social objectives
• Thorough knowledge of current property market and tenancy law
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
