Manager – Provider Management

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead in the set-up of partnerships in Healthcare providers.
• Complete a thorough appraisal of allied health, wellness, and business partners opportunities in order to develop clear proposals for the launch of new / improvements to existing networks.
• Work closely with internal claims and outsource claims teams to create the roadmap and engage, develop, and deliver the healthcare network for PLT.
• Lead the creation and development of PLTs network of allied health providers, wellness providers, and business partners.
• Lead in the design and build for all processes relating to healthcare providers.
• Lead in development and implementation of projects to reform healthcare and cost containment that require an allied health, wellness, and business partners network to navigate customers through a better healthcare journey, achieve better accessibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness of the services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical science, healthcare-related or business degree is required.
• At least 5 years' experience in medical or insurance related fields is required. One year of supervisor experience is an advantage.
• Background in Life insurance business is an advantage.
• Experience in data analysis is preferred.
• Capable to communicate in both writing and speaking English.
• Interpersonal skill & Negotiation skill
