Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage purchase, stores, inventory, imports, customs clearance, and documentation in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of electronic components, PCBs, consumables, and spare parts.
• Handle vendor development, quotations, price negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Manage stores, GRN, inventory control, stock verification, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate imports, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and CHA activities.
• Handle import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Entry, BL/AWB, and related records.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and logistics partners.
• Maintain ERP records, MIS reports, and audit documentation.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Purchase, Stores, and Import Management.
• Electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic components, BOM, customs clearance, and import procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
