Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Procurement Management will be preferred.
• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
  Experience
• 10-15 years of experience in procurement and purchase management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role.
  Job Description
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement function, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services.
• Develop procurement strategies, policies, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and goverce.
• Manage tendering processes, contract administration, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
• Oversee procurement for construction, infrastructure, civil, MEP, renovation, and interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate with project consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction-related procurement activities.
• Ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintece Contracts (AMCs), service agreements, and software licenses.
• Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, GST requirements, and audit standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee ERP-based procurement processes (SAP/Oracle), procurement MIS, and performance reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the purchase team while driving process improvements and best procurement practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and value for the organization.
