Manager Purchase

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Purchase Manager to lead and manage procurement activities for large-scale, high-end commercial real estate projects, including premium high-rise office buildings. The role covers end-to-end procurement and purchasing — vendor sourcing, prequalification, RFQs/tenders, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, purchase order/work order issuance, vendor management, cost optimization, and coordination with project, design, contracts, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement for real estate construction projects, with a thorough understanding of construction materials, MEP systems, finishes, façade packages, and long-lead project requirements.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical, or a relevant technical discipline.

Experience: 7–10 years

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
