Manage complete purchase cycle: RFQ Vendor finalization negotiation PO issuance & delivery followup
Prepare work specifications BOQs & tender documents in coordination with Architects Interior Designers QS & site teams
Conduct site visits & Audits
Required Candidate profile
Strong Exp in High-rise residential projects
Handle contracts/procurement activities independently for 2–3 projects while ensuring cost control & adherence to project schedules
Strong Leadership Skill
