What they need
- Menyusun strategi pembelian bahan baku tekstil (seperti kapas, polyester, benang, atau pewarna kain) agar proses produksi tidak terhambat
- Mencari, memilih, dan mengevaluasi pemasok terbaik yang menawarkan harga kompetitif serta kualitas material yang konsisten
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, termin pembayaran (payment terms), dan jadwal pengiriman dengan vendor
- Memantau ketersediaan stok gudang guna mencegah kekurangan bahan baku ataupun kelebihan muatan (overstock)
- Mengarahkan dan mengevaluasi kinerja staf purchasing dalam memproses Purchase Order (PO) hingga pengiriman selesai
- Memahami karakteristik bahan baku tekstil dan rantai pasok (supply chain).
