Main Responsibilities

• Define, deploy and develop QSE policy in line with the Group's strategic objectives.
• Oversee the entire Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO50001, etc.).
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, as well as corrective and preventive actions.
• Support subsidiaries in implementing QSE/ESG best practices and achieving objectives.
• Develop the QSE/ESG culture at all levels of the organization through awareness-raising and training initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze QSE performance indicators to propose levers for improvement.
• Monitor regulations and standards on an ongoing basis.

General Skills

• Solid knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to lead change and unite people around a QSE vision.
• Mastery of integrated systems management tools.
• Good communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.

Academic Profile & Experience

• Engineering degree or 5 years' higher education in Quality, Safety, Environment or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a QSE function in an industrial environment, ideally mining.
• Experience in managing certification projects and integrated management systems.

The position is based in Marrakech.
