- Develop and implement effective warranty management strategies to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in field quality processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to product reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Warranty Claims, Warranty Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Customer Complaints handling procedures.
