  9. Partners with Quality Managers, Performance Improvement leaders, and entity quality teams to build consistent practices, reduce unnecessary variation, and strengthen a best-in-class quality assurance and performance improvement program.

  10. Supports high-risk or high-priority quality initiatives, including measure performance review, gap identification, improvement planning, committee participation, education, and survey readiness activities.

  11. Monitors quality data trends, abstraction performance, submission status, and program outcomes; prepares concise reports, summaries, and recommendations for leaders, committees, and other key stakeholders.

  12. Coordinates with vendors, data warehouses, analytics teams, and internal customers to ensure data flow, file transmission, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution.

  13. Provides input into staffing, resource planning, budget needs, vendor management, and future program requirements based on operational priorities, regulatory changes, and quality program demands.
