What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Identify skill gaps and develop technical training programs for Cold Rolling Mill Operations & Maintenance teams.
- Drive Operational Excellence, productivity and process improvement in Cold Rolling Mill operations.
- Lead RCA, Kaizen, 6S/5K and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve CRM process efficiency, quality, safety and equipment reliability.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
- 15+ years experience in Technical Operations/Production/Quality, preferably in Cold Rolling Mill (CRM)/flat steel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes, RCA, productivity improvement and technical training.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
