• The role is responsible for implementing, monitoring and inspecting quality standards for architectural finishes across airport projects, ensuring that execution aligns with approved design intent, specifications, and operational requirements. It focuses on maintaining consistency in materials, detailing, and workmanship across all finish-related works, while proactively identifying gaps and supporting timely resolution.
• The role actively coordinates with design teams, consultants, and contractors to review material submissions, mock-ups, and on-site execution, ensuring constructability and compliance with defined benchmarks. Through regular inspections, audits, and documentation, it contributes to improving overall finish quality, reducing rework, and enhancing lifecycle performance in high-traffic terminal environments.

Monitor execution of architectural finishes (flooring, cladding, ceilings, joinery, etc.) for compliance with approved designs and specifications.

Site visits, review material submissions, samples, and mock-ups to ensure quality and constructability.

Number of inspections conducted and issues closed

Conduct routine site inspections and coordinate with contractors to address quality issues.

Turnaround time for mock-up/sample approvals

Reduction in rework and finish-related defects

Ensure coordination between finishes and building systems for integrated execution.

Bachelors/Master degree in Architecture / Design , Project Management or Aviation related field

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 12 to 14 years of work experience in Construction QA/QC in the field of Buildings especially mega malls/ It parks/ Commercial buildings/

• Airport experience will be an added advantage.

• Well versed with IS, BS, ASTM codes for Quality control & testing procedures

• Experience in implementation Quality Management Systems (ISO)
