Manager Quality Management Representative (QMR)

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or relevant fields.

• Min 8 years of experience in Quality Management, Business Process Improvement, Management Systems, or Operations Development.

• Proven track record in EPC, Construction, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, or Project-based companies.

• Strong experience managing ISO 9001, CSMS, HSE, and Tender documentation.

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, QA/QC principles, Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Mapping.

• Good knowledge of HSE Management Systems, CSMS requirements, and project compliance.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and detail orientation.

• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor (Required/Preferred).

• Ahli K3 Umum / HSE Certification is a strong advantage.

• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 31000 certifications are an advantage.

Job Description :

• Business Process & Organization Development

  • Develop, review, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes, SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), policies, and organizational structures across the company and subsidiaries.
  • Identify operational gaps and drive process standardization to optimize efficiency.

• ISO & Management System Compliance

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and audit readiness for ISO 9001 and other applicable management standards.
  • Coordinate internal/external audits, ISO certifications, recertifications, and follow-up corrective actions.

• Tender, Certification & CSMS Documentation

  • Oversee the preparation and fulfillment of technical/administrative documents for tenders, client/vendor prequalifications, and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
  • Ensure company certificates, project qualifications, and compliance documents are up-to-date and valid.

• HSE & Quality Control (QC) Coordination

  • Manage and monitor the activities of both the HSE and QC Teams.
  • Develop and review QC procedures, inspection checklists, and standards based on project specifications and drawings.
  • Coordinate HSE documentation, project safety compliance, non-conformity investigations, and root cause analyses.

• Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Conduct periodic operational and system reviews, analyze QC/HSE findings, and recommend corrective & preventive actions.
  • Prepare executive progress reports regarding quality, HSE, compliance, and process improvements for top management.
