MANAGER REGIONAL

About the role

Lead and control operational and financial performance across all outlets in a regional area to ensure achievement of company revenue and profit targets. Develop and implement business, marketing, and promotion strategies aligned with company growth direction. Identify and initiate strategic partnership opportunities and events to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share. Manage all management functions including planning, organizing, directing, and supervising regional operations. Ensure service standards, operational quality, and compliance with SOPs and regulations are consistently maintained across all outlets. Lead human resource management in the regional area including workforce planning, competency development, and performance evaluation. Conduct monitoring, performance analysis, and prepare periodic management reports to central management. Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and local communities.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders

About you

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's degree) from a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years experience as Regional Manager, General Manager, or similar operational leadership position, preferably from Karaoke, Hospitality or Entertainment industry
• Experience managing multi-outlet operations and large-scale teams
• Strategic thinking capability, business acumen, and strong target achievement orientation
• Mature, decisive leadership able to build performance-oriented work culture
• Ability to work in dynamic, target-based environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willing to work on shift systems and undertake official travel
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Surabaya
