Find your calling at Mercy! Primary Responsibilities Of The Manager-Reimbursement Are

• Maximize governmental reimbursement through supervision of Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support.
• Coordinate monthly calculation and analysis of revenue deductions and A/R reserves.
• Coordinate various projects as deemed necessary by the Director, Reimbursment.

Position Details This position is REMOTE Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance.

Licensure: None.

Experience: 5 years of progressive development within a healthcare environment including experience managing staff.

Other

• Effective communication skills with peers and upper management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Understanding of the net revenue month-end closing process.
