Manager - Restarant

Job Summary

You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.

Responsibilities

• **Lead the team-**Manage, hire, grow, and foster a positive culture while maintaining standards and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Deliver- Delivery management into DC, VA, and MD.
• Grow with us- We have a 2nd location planned to open in the next year located in DC. Must be willing to work at either location.
• Inventory- Manage inventory levels and vendor relations to ensure we have enough products.
• Customer Relations- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and partnerships. Build new partnerships and relations.
• Development- Develop personal skills, implement changes that come from ownership, develop the team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• ServSafe (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (Required)
• 2+ Years experience in managing a team, inventory, and customers
• 2+ Years experience in a restaurant

What to Expect

• 40-50 hours Monday-Saturday depending on business needs

• Every day is different; some days will be deliveries, some days may be in the store making boards, and some days may be doing customer-facing events!

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
