Responsibility We are inviting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following position of the Food & Beverage- Service Department. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position:

Duties Manager, Restaurant Services shall be the key representative of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka to ensure 5 Star Standard Food & Beverage Services with operational excellence and focusing on exceptional food and beverage experience to every guest and maximizing department profitability and handle every issue efficiently, courteously and professionally. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:

• Oversee the daily operations of restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, hygiene, and food safety in accordance with hotel policies and international hospitality standards.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards of guest service, food & beverage presentation and operational efficiency.
• Monitor restaurant performance, revenue, operating costs, and departmental budgets to achieve financial targets.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage manpower allocation, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and restaurant supplies to minimize wastage and control costs.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years
• Education: diploma in hospitality management
• Skills: restaurant management, food & beverage management, restaurant operations, banquet operations, hotel management, hospitality management, food and beverage, hotel operations knowledge
