Manager, Retail Partnerships

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Retail Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will help drive retail account growth by coordinating cross-functional projects and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

The manager will use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, improve performance, and enhance the customer experience across the retail partnership portfolio.

The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and clear communication to move initiatives from concept through completion.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute projects to enhance performance and customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocate for retail account growth.
• Conduct analyses to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
• Lead projects from conception to execution while aligning stakeholders and managing timelines.
• Identify growth opportunities in partnership with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, or tech/marketplace environments.
• Exceptional quantitative skills with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ideally SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
