Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, collections, customer portfolios, proactive outreach, and resolution of past-due balances.
• Monitor aging reports and payment trends; identify collection risks, analyze accounts and credit, and escalate outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, contractual, and account discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation to customer billing and procurement systems; prepare cash forecasts, variance analyses, collection reports, and management reporting packages.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams to support cash calls, month-end close, internal controls, process improvements, and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, revenue cycle, or accounting, preferably within media, entertainment, licensing, content distribution, or broadcasting.
• Experience with cash forecasting, financial reporting, working capital management, and account or credit analysis.
• Proficiency with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems; advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex account issues independently.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; strong collaboration skills, integrity, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset required. Spanish or additional language proficiency is a plus.
