Manager - Sales & Business Development

MLIME is a Rajasthan-based enterprise that develops, produces and provides lime-based sustainable construction materials in India and beyond. We are looking for energetic candidates to join our team in the capacity of a Sales & Business Development Manager

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent.

Location: Delhi, Full time work from office role

Experience

4–5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, construction, building materials, business development or a related field.

Good understanding of construction principles, architectural materials and construction terminology is essential.

Prior experience working in AEC industry

Scope of work

Liaising with associated architects and contractors to promote the supply of MLIME materials

Building relationships and networks with like-minded businesses and individuals

Direct and daily 1-1 project communication over phone and email

Track leads and maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and ongoing projects

Skills

Fluent in English & Hindi

Excellent communication skills, esp because it is a customer-facing job

Fluent in Microsoft suite and google suite
