Manager Sales - Central & South India

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Control Rooms, or Government project sales.
• Strong client handling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Central South (India) for project execution and client meetings.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong familiarity with control room sales- including understanding of related technologies will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Development: Generate new leads and identify business opportunities in the assigned sales vertical.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
• Documentation: Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and project documentation as required.
• Project Management: Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring quality delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and government project tenders relevant to the business.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
