Manager - Sales

Hiring Company : KoniX Life Sciences Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Texchem Life Sciences Sdn Bhd)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts with sustainable margins.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Manage pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in plastics, injection moulding, or ODM/OEM.
• Proven B2B sales experience serving medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare companies.
• Good understanding of medical industry requirements and standards (eg: FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel as required.
