Manager - Sales

1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct site visits, high-impact product presentations, and client negotiations.
• Drive strong conversion rates through structured follow-ups and relationship building.
• Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and activations.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Handle client queries, provide detailed project insights, and customize solutions.
• Ensure seamless post-sales processes including documentation, collections, and handovers.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, mentor, and drive the on-ground sales team to achieve collective targets.
• Train team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, and closing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Projects) for smooth deal execution.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks in the luxury segment.
• Share regular MIS reports, sales funnel updates, and forecasts with leadership.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the portfolio.
