Manager, Sales Engineering - Canada

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Sales Engineering - Canada to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leadership role will guide a sales engineering team focused on driving technical sales support, customer engagement, and revenue growth across Canada. The position partners closely with sales leadership and clients to translate technical needs into business solutions. It also plays a key role in scaling processes, coaching talent, and enabling the team to deliver value-based selling in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,625 – $243,750 annually

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team
• Refine and scale core sales engineering processes
• Partner with leadership and clients to design business solutions
• Promote and support the company's portfolio using value-based selling
• Work collaboratively in a matrixed environment to drive revenue growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or systems engineering with team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and talent development
• Familiarity with AI tools and integrating technologies into workflows
