Manager - SALPL - Prime

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. This position will manage the ARU for Sal PL Prime. Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing Call Center agents to deliver ARU volumes to increase overall Flexi utilization
• Achieving volume targets and managing Call Center Agent Metrics
• Identifying the need of sales skills for agents and conducting regular trainings
• Monitor measure key conversion, productivity data penetration metrics
• Retaining high performers and replace poor performers
• Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Good experience of MS Excel
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and Audit
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability.
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
