Manager, Scheduling and Charter

Responsibilities

• Assist in Schedule and Network Planning, mainly including: Market Research & Data Mining, New Route Analysis and Inaugural Coordination, Strategic Long-Term Planning (3-5 Yrs Plan, e.g.), Mid Term Planning (mainly Regular Seasonal Scheduling);
• Assist in authorities clearance on scheduled/charter permit, and slots (Performance Target: acquisition in a timely manner, in accordance with the planned schedule, fulfilling industry standards and authorities’ requirements);
• Assist in Charter/ACMI business project (Performance Target: Maximizing the profit of the company by considering the opportunity cost of operating the charter flight).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Aviation / Transportation / Logistics related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years working experience in airlines industry with at least 3 years at management level;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Sound negotiation skill and decision-making capability;
• Solid experience of network planning and schedule planning;
• Solid experience of government relations coordination (permits & slots);
• With sales and marketing experience in air cargo business will be an advantage;
• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills;
• Responsible, Accountable and Positive working attitude;
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
