Role & responsibilities

1.    Compliances
a)    To ensure and track compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations
b)    To ensure Secretarial and Corporate Law Compliances in respect of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
c)    Monitoring of compliances with various laws through Compliance Tool System and ensure timely compliance reporting by users.

2.    Filings 
a)    Annual / Quarterly [BSE & NSE/ SAST/ Takeover code/ Insider Trading/ FEMA] Compliances for the Company
b)     Annual/ XBRL and other filing of various E- Forms with ROC as required for Company and its Subsidiaries

3.    Drafting
a)     Annual Report preparation and related matters 
b)    Drafting Resolutions, Maintaining Minutes including committees/ Statutory Registers of the Company and its subsidiaries

4.    Must be conversant and able to handle Dividend related compliances, various compliances/ filings related to Investor Education Protection Fund (IEPF). 
5.    Able to handle Shareholders/ Investors Grievances, co-ordinate with RTA for resolving various queries of shareholders.
6.    Able to co-ordinate with Auditors, ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchange(s), R&T Agents, NSDL, CDSL and Bankers, whenever required.
