Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI or relevant body).
• 58 years of post-qualifi cation experience (preferably in a listed company).
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and Listing Compliance.
• Experience in handling Board/Committee processes.
• Familiarity with MCA, stock exchange portals, and compliance software.
