Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate HR

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical HR professional to drive Corporate HR initiatives, HR transformation projects, HRMS administration, process excellence, and workforce analytics. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead critical HR projects and transformation initiatives.
• Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for leadership reviews.
• Manage HRMS implementation, migration, enhancement, or administration activities.
• Design and document SOPs, policies, and HR process frameworks.
• Create impactful presentations, reports, and business proposals.
• Leverage AI tools to improve HR productivity, reporting, and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and process improvements.

Preferred Profile

• Strong academic record from reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions (pref).
• Experience in IT, GCC, BFSI, Consulting, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Services sectors preferred.
• Looking for immediate joiners.
