Manager / Senior Manager, Facilities & Operations

• Lead and oversee multiple operational functions within General Services, ensuring efficient, reliable, and high-quality support services.
• Review existing workflows and operating models to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, productivity, and service improvement.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by introducing technology and automation across administrative and operational processes.
• Identify manual and repetitive workflows suitable for automation, including contract management, licence renewals, inspections, and service reminders.
• Partner with IT teams and external vendors to implement system enhancements and digital solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, smart facility solutions, and predictive analytics to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Establish data-driven approaches to monitor service utilisation, operational performance, and resource planning.
• Develop and leverage operational analytics to support informed decision-making and improve service delivery.
• Lead sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and paperless processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to implement continuous improvement and sustainability programmes.
• Support digital transformation training, learning journeys, and capability-building initiatives for staff.
• Review operational feedback and incidents, drive corrective actions, and follow through on process improvements.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction across General Services functions to support future-ready operations.

Requirement

• Bachelor of Business Management, Facilities Management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
