We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Coding to lead and manage our multispecialty medical coding operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end multispecialty coding operations
• Manage and mentor large coding teams and leadership teams
• Drive productivity, quality, accuracy, TAT & SLA performance
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS & HCC guidelines
• Drive quality improvement and operational excellence
• Manage client relationships, escalations & business requirements
• Prepare and review operational MIS, dashboards & performance metrics
• Support process transitions, new implementations & business ramp-ups
  Ideal Candidate:
• 10+ years of experience in Medical Coding / Healthcare RCM
• Strong multispecialty coding experience
• Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role
• Excellent team management & client management skills
• Strong knowledge of coding quality, compliance & operations
• CPC / CCS or equivalent certification preferred
