About the role
 
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Service Provider Risk to join our Group Risk team on a 12-month maximum term contract, covering a period of parental leave.
  
You will oversee and enhance CBUS' Service Provider Risk Framework and provide expert second-line oversight, guidance and challenge across the Fund.
  
Key Responsibilities   

• Lead the development and maintenance of Service Provider Risk policies, standards and frameworks.
• Provide second-line advice and guidance on service provider risk management requirements.
• Monitor compliance with service provider risk standards and framework obligations.
• Maintain material service provider registers and risk reporting.
• Support operational resilience, business continuity and critical operations activities.
• Contribute to major service provider and regulatory change initiatives, including CPS 230.
• Deliver risk education, training and stakeholder engagement activities.

About You

• Extensive experience in service provider risk, operational resilience, business continuity or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of APRA CPS 230 and contemporary risk management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Experience working within financial services, superannuation or regulated environments.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer or similar solutions.
